BIM Implementation: Managing coordinating and model production: Implementing and coordinating a BIM (Building Information modeling) based design management and review system with established software and technology platforms like Revitt / Bentley, and collaborate with modeled design with the Owners, Architects and Consultants through broadband. We can set up, manage the BIM server. We can also coordinate the collaborative BIM studio, with respective professionals modeling each engineering design based on the architects and engineering consultants' designs. If the consultants are BIM-capable the model can be shared with them for collaborative design coordination management.
