Within the first decade of operations, Nortech invested in funds and efforts in training and certification in emerging technologies such as data storage, data security, converged networks, IP telephony and wireless networking. It intentionally increased the ratio of business from enterprise solutions based on emerging technologies. It also added Document Management solutions and became the implementation / support partner for ERP and CRM solutions from 3i Infotech. Soon Nortech began reaping benefits, and the management realized the importance of channelizing efforts and implemented an organizational change program using the services of consulting firm Training Workz, which contributed to improved customer and employee satisfaction, and in turn impacted profitability.
