Benley Noronha, Managing Director
After his Bachelors in Mechanical engineering from M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru and a diploma in automobile design engineering, Noronha started his career in IT at the time when the industry was a fraction of what it is today. In mid nineties, Noronha along with his brother-in-law, Dunston Noronha founded Nortech Infonet (P) Ltd on a very small scale with limited resources and infrastructure. Soon close friends Jerry T Karivelithara, Antony Linus and Deepak PR joined the core group. That their efforts have borne fruit is for everyone to see: Clocking a turnover of Rs 58.2 crore in FY2009-10 Nortech today is an end-to-end solutions management with a multitude of services to boast of.
Dunston Noronha, Co-Founder & Director –Software Business
A BTech graduate in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, Dunston Noronha has held several responsible positions in the IT Industry before joining the company. He is a co-founder of Nortech with his brother-in-law Benley Noronha as he shared the same vision and passion of starting an information technology set-up in God’s own country, Kerala. His keen eye for financial details led him to take over the financial affairs of the company. As Director – Business Finance, he looks after the overall management of the financial operations of the organization and is mainly involved in planning, organizing and controlling of financial resources.
Jerry T Karivelithara, Director - India Business
Karivelithara is a BE in Electronics and Telecommunications and has 19 years of experience in the Solutions Business. He has been in the company right from its early days of inception. Today he is spearheading the business of storage initiatives in the company and has grown this business group multifold in just a short span of time. He sincerely believes that SMB sector holds the key to future growth of Nortech business and is relentlessly pursuing the same.
Deepak PR, Director – Services
An Engineer in Electronics, Deepak has 16 years of experience in the field of information technology, holding service and support responsibilities in various IT services companies before joining Nortech. As Director Customer Support, his USP is handling negotiations with vendors, service providers and suppliers; developing long-term business goals and strategies, support policies, procedures and budgets; supervising helpdesk functions, managing installation, movement upgrade, and troubleshooting of technology systems; and providing end user support and training. Along with Customer Support, Deepak is also spearheading the education initiative of Nortech – Nortech Edu Centre.
Antony Linus, Director – International Business
As Director - International Business, Linus oversees all international sales & marketing and partnerships. Since joining Nortech 14 years ago, Linus has mastered all facets of sales and marketing of IT infrastructure solutions in enterprise, mid-market and SMB space. His years of hands-on experience in handling unique business drivers and imperatives of the IT infrastructure industry has enabled Nortech emerge as a winner in the networking and IT infrastructure space. Currently, he is aggressively leading from the front Nortech's global sales operations—converting opportunities into new businesses in newer markets like the Middle East, the US and Korea. Leading the pack from Nortech stables are On-Demand and Smart+Connected real-estate solutions hitting the newer markets. Professionally qualified, Linus has mastered the art of IT consulting, sales & marketing with excellent relationship building and people management skills. Beyond building product portfolios, revenue and market share growth, Linus' other pursuits are traveling and sports.
